This company is not going anywhere. This company has a flexible work environment offering both in and out of office positions. A company that has events all over the country and even international, and depending on your role allows for travel to incredible locations.
Svantaggi
The promotion process and ability to move up can be limited depending on what division you work with. I also think they have a hard time letting employees go that are not producing simply because they have been there a long time or are "friends" with everyone.
