First, I apologize for the inconvenience. We are growing very fast and the processes are still in the infancy. We are working every day to streamline things. We will improve our play. We will soon opt for an HR management system which will clear any confusion regarding salaries, expenses and other HR concerns. We have a lot to improve on this front. We will get there fast. Second, we are a very aggressive team in terms of sales and customer service. We have set ourselves very ambitious targets. We promise a very exciting, fast-paced and steep learning and growth curve for all employees. In Sales, incentives and targets are way of life. We share upto 20% of revenues with our Sales guys. There is bound to be some pressure associated with it. We will still try to temper it a little. Point noted.
