Company vehicle, benefits are pretty good, easily able to procure tools and equipment

Lack of communication top to bottom, poor leadership and direction,

The people that I work directly with are great. Benefits are good and decent paid time off.

Management is constantly pushing for unobtainable goals with short staffing. Nothing is consistent, everyone has a different idea of how stuff should be done. Management who have never done this job makes decisions that make the job harder for the people actually doing it.
