Working here can get boring for people who don't intent to move up. Management is interested in expansion in its market and they know what needs to be done. If you are a challenging person, this company is the right place. Roles could change all the time so It would be very challenging but It encourages you grow up and get a lot of opportunities as well. What I love most about working at Vectornate is being surrounded by smart, good people. you will form a camaraderie among peers and learn a lot from them. Vectornate has Korea office, Miami office, and LA office. Working with the driven, self-motivated people will be a good opportunity.

But we have telephone communication with each other every day. So feedbacks are immediately reflected and ideas are integrated easily. Vectornate is not a startup company, but NJ office is just setted up. You need to be nimble and faced with many rewrites of the system.
