      Vantaggi

      Slower paced bank with more of an emphasis on "relationship" as opposed to "transaction" however in mid-year 2010-2011, company started focusing more on "transaction".

      Very disorganized bank and no accountability for certain departments or people. Very unfair practices with employees - not rewarded for doing a good job, rather rewarded for being the best politicker. Inefficient.
