Uplift corruption for overseas contracts. Has different uplift amounts for overseas contracts such as Kosovo, Bulgaria, Romania, and others but pays less base salary to make every salary equal. For instance, Kosovo has 25%, Romania 5%, and Bulgaria 10% uplift on top of your base salary.....but will pay less base salary for Kosovo, Romania, and Bulgaria in order to make all sites equal pay. Living in Kosovo is terrible due to living in tight quarters on a base and your 25% uplift should be an added bonus. Instead, you are making the same as every other site. Why would you even go to Kosovo then if you're not making anymore money and living in government military quarters? You might as well go to Afghanistan. You are working 50-54 hour work weeks at around 22-28 dollars an hour. Luckily it's tax free, but it is very low payments compared to other contracts in similar regions. Also, medical benefits are sub-tier. For overseas contracts you might as well go to Afghanistan or the Middle East where you can make more.

The training was thorough, but very rushed. There are 'systems and resources' in place, however there are too many times that the daily directive conflicts and the hammer comes down on analysts for 'doing what they're told' because that isn't the right answer. Up until very recently there was one analyst constantly getting 'kudos' for all these great things he had done. Yet he rushes customers and abuses the ticketing system. He is not thorough at all yet he is displayed as a star example. Still has a job though. I've seen good people let go without notice to counter that. The contract is up in the air and the directives from management constantly conflict with what has been taught or has been policy. They haven't cared about the details until the contract came up and other proposals are being looked over.
