Veeva is not about producing a good product. Veeva is about advancing the careers and bank accounts of the handful of wealthy middle managers who run it. Shut up, do what they tell you, you'll be reprimanded for asking questions, zero career growth, any ambition or desire to improve yourself, your team, or the product is seen by these middle managers as a threat and challenge to their own power. Horrible people all around. Middle management is so disjointed and chaotic that I believe there are drug problems. There is definitely a caste system. If you're not in their same tax bracket, they can smell it on you, and they will treat you like a peon slave. I would hate to be a woman here, forget about it. Just run.
