Offers letter comes as mail content and not as PDF with complete information, once you join then they show you all the TnC which is a huge setback. No paid tools, company works on all either open source or free license which comes with huge restrictions. No working culture No one honours the heirarchy No ethics Whatsapp is being used as official communication you need to reach out to in-person after sending the email No one arrives on time in meetings Strict daily hours to maintain HR is a dictator No employee benefits, even the health insurance is just for the namesake and its part of CTC For the engineers, its a nightmare if someone has already worked in any MNC. CEO basically does not let you speak in meetings, he has self righteous attitude. No work life balance. No dedicated parking space for your 4-wheelers. Sir-Maam culture in whole company. employees comes in bathroom slippers and shorts in office.
