Positive work life balance, organized managers, if you want to learn and work in various departments you can, great benefits, good team environment, my opinion matters
Micromanaging is horrible here. There's not much we can do for a lot of CUs and some members are not aware of that so we get cussed out or yelled at. Training does not get you ready for Production. Your work/life balance here is almost nonexistent. They don't have enough agents working to handle the call volume. The pay is not really worth the stress you deal with working here.
