Horrible and Totally Negative work culture. All top guys are really crap. Chennai India center used to be RnD, but soon after the acquisition mgmt stopped that. Company don’t have patience to wait for 6 months to see profit. They started reducing headcount from 2nd month onwards. Chennai leaders don’t know what they are doing, just blabbering and Pretending as if they understand and know companies vision. Starting from Top to Senior Manager level all are lying. No Hike and Bonus in 2019, But Just lie. All top guys in Chennai are doing favoritism to their Pets.. Give and Take. Product code quality other then CDN is horrible with multiple flaws, They don’t even have intention to have good solutions, what they need is some workaround and temporary fix. No time for Dev and Test, No respect for engineers. Even mgmt didn’t cared when Architects were leaving the organization. Looks like Manager is thinking he can do everything. No Transparency No product future No roadmap
