Leadership failed their sales team by changing sales team model to existing accounts and new logo accounts. Leadership cut half new logo team because of two quarters of poor sales, with new solution not ready to sell. Did not give sales team enough time to close deals in pipeline before firing them. Leaders blamed sales team instead of owning their own mistakes within product management, marketing and leadership decision to break up a working sales team model. We did not fail you- you failed us. No training no coaching, no listening when, no action when your sellers asked you for help. Sorry Venafi, you are not the same company you once were,
