      I really enjoyed working at Ventrica on the Charlotte Tilbury Campaign. The work environment was fast paced during peak season but very supportive, with all of the team leaders always willing to help and guide us. The company fosters an amazing work culture where teamwork and personal growth are encouraged. Massive Thanks to Zack and Molly for all of your support.

      Impulsive emotional board Short term cash injection expecting slot machine instant wins Directional changes so abrupt you get whiplash Zero organisational skills, a bunch of amateurs trying to play it big, failing to get instant wins then reacting like a bunch of spoilt teenage brats at the casino when they don’t instantly win the jackpot More than happy to throw entire teams of talented individuals under the bus that mature companies will snap up These people honestly deserve what they get, egotistical self absorbed amateurs
