      Free Apartment. Worked alone much of the time.

      In almost 30 years of employment this was the worse job that I have ever had. The entire company is full of back stabbers and people who try to avoid doing work. Management plays favorites with their friends and family. The majority of the people who work for this company could never get a professional job in any other industry. The training is a joke. They do not believe in developing employees. My experience was so bad that I would never work in Property Management again if my life depended on it.

      The Corporate Staffing were very supportive, communicative and provided additional assistance upon request. The company creates a professional but family environment with employees, Ventron contributes to numerous of 501C programs to give back to the community likewise; resident retention to current residents. Ventron offers options for future residents that are experiencing hardship and credit challenges, I would highly recommend for you to join the Team!

      Although I enjoyed my tenure at Ventron Management and I learned so much however; it is very challenging to expand your career path for advancement. As a employee that would have enjoyed continuing my career with Ventron the doors were not available to corporately advance during my tenure.
