Pathetic place to work, total Autocratic style of Management Guys its worst place anyone can join and only misfortunate people get job in such pathetic company.. 1. HR and the owner of organization keep forcing employees to like their Post on Linked in, HR reminds employees on the Whatsapp group to like share and comment on the New post shared by owner on Linkedin 2. Creepy office with with no facilities not even a toilet, Employees have to use common toilet in the building which is shared among many offices and which normally doesnt have soap or sanitizer even in COVID times 3. Only few Project managers are given importance and heard rest of the employees have no voice and have to plead to take their own earned leaves. 4. No work life balance, around major release employees are required to work on weekends as well without any comp-offs
