The culture of this company is like a breath of fresh air where co-workers truly enjoy working with one another - the culture isn't artificially pumped up by ping-pong tables or other gimmicks, but instead is built off of carefully building teams with the best talent. As a recruiter, I value the attention placed on bringing on the right people with the right skills. The leadership team is approachable, smart and dedicated with impressive professional experience backing their decisions. Input is valued here and opportunities for growth are offered. Working at VentureWeb has changed how I view employment.

Since we are such a global organization, you need to be able to adapt to working with people in other time zones but VentureWeb sets you up for success with the right tools, meeting times, etc - not really a "con" at all.
