Quite a sociable company. The junior members of staff were all very nice.

Terribly led, zero acumen when it comes to anything commercial.

Given autonomy to work and hit targets set to me. VenueScanner look for problem-solvers and people who will take their own initiative, which suited me perfectly. It's also a really tight knit teem with that cliche start-up family feel.

Sometimes difficult to prioritise work and could be stressful for some when pushing for targets (not an issue for myself)
