Bad management made me dread coming into work - Recensione dipendente - National Accounts presso Veolia

Extremely poor management. 3 out of 6 members of my team have been off due to work related stress. Everything just falls on deaf ears. The only thing the managers care about is their bonus. Staff are treated poorly, work ethic is always low and nobody is happy to come into work. The pay is awful compared to other competing companies. None of the managers are willing to take action when it comes to issues. They are all stuck in their own ways and stuck in 1980. Systems are outdated and constantly on stop because Veolia fail to pay them. No room for progression, no bonuses as they all go to the managers, no incentive. Worst company ever. Steer clear.
