Inexperienced management - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Veolia

The current management do not value their employees. Since the merger with Suez there has been a high turnover but no replacement for exiting employees causing extra pressure/ increased work hours on the remaining employees due to lack of resources and lost IP. The management lack the ability to lead, build a positive work culture and promote diversity. The pay was also average/bad.
