Great Company to Work In - Recensione dipendente - Chief Realist presso Verian

The term "culture" comes up a lot if you ask employees why they like Verian. After over six months with the team, I agree. Fellow employees are intelligent and motivated, but not too serious. There's a lot of teamwork across departments, and all of these things combined makes it easy to be successful. The company makes an effort to encourage that teamwork with small social events, and it works well. Flexibility in job responsibilities. If you start in one part of the organization, it's actually pretty easy to move to another one if you become interested. No less than five people have moved laterally into a new role in a different department during my experience. For a company this size, that's pretty substantial.

There aren't really any glaring issues. The company is growing quickly, so if you aren't looking for a challenging role, it might turn into an issue. Those challenges may sometimes be administrative process changes, and that may be a problem for some.

A lot of good people working there, but a majority of them are sold on a dream that does not come to fruition.

Overworked, underpaid; a very cheap company in all aspects. Almost cult-like the way they manipulate their employees to believe their ideologies when in reality it's all a sham. The money gets siphoned to the top and credit is ripped from the hard-working employees and given to management. I can go into quite a bit of detail about the backstabbing and the operation as a whole, but I won't to save you time and energy. But just do yourselves a favor and just say no.
