Pay too low, Team leads with the exception of two (India and Kristine and Supervisor Walter) can use some training on how to work with, approach or respond to their team. The company is unorganized but expects you to meet these metrics, back to back calls. Hour lunches cut down to 30 minutes because of the call volume so you don’t have time to regroup before getting back on.
