No Pros, just a group and that too divided. HR and VP dont know how to handle any situation, they just make new rule everyday contradicting previous one. If anyone steps out of the gate they will make a new rule, break for lunch has rule. Few employees are so low, they dont even speak or pronounce states correctly, but they are in the company, and the reason is that, they are VPs favourite. Just have a normal talk with this defaulted ones, you will get on what level they are.

If you are looking for organized work, dont come here. Looking for tension, please come here. Stressfree, they dont know what that is, Hr and technical guy is so irritating, not sure how they handle things. Its better to replace them but i am not sure whose favourite are these guys. VP is a good guy, he does everything he thinks he can do, to torture the recruiters. He will not say anything to HR, tech guy and few recruiters, apart from them he says anything and everything he can to the team.
