Started to change for better, but changed back

Giesecke+Devrient, Work for it since called Valid with low wages, benefits and PTO. Then new company purchased and became a little better. But the wages are still low, the annual bonus is a joke, say raises are automatic, but raises small if they give one. Had a Christmas party, Employee Appreciation Day, etc. But changed back. No Christmas party for floor workers, but one for managers and office. The last Employee Appreciation Day the company fired a bunch of us. A few weeks later there were ads for hiring. Insurance high. Have to stand for the entire shift, 10 or 12 hours, sometimes in one spot. Management no clue how to fix and not want to fix. Lost business because of poor management.

No clear implemented process , business processes are underdevelopment No good documentation of the previous work with no professional handover No professional Assessment for the employee and it depends on the manager mode and attitude. No way for the employee to give feedback about the management Some Managers are not supporting the new way of working the company is aiming to follow which makes contradictions and conflicts. No Sharing the information and decisions is found which makes the way of working is very complex.

Unorganised ,lack of thoughts, clarity and vision. Lack of goal setting and segmentation, everything needs to be done all at once. Confrontational and unsupportive. Micromanagement. Setting up for failure and blame game. Lack of mentorship, discourgaring learning. Unrealistic expectations.
