      * Start up isn’t for everyone, it requires the ability to be flexible and iterate continuously to get a great product. Unfortunately a few good people have left as a result of this not being the right fit for them.

      - Best work-life balance I've experienced at a startup, from senior leadership down to junior level contributors. - Great market traction, product direction, and funding stability and runway - Scale up phase without a "shrinking voice effect"--your voice still matters here and carries weight. Anyone can propose changes and be heard. - Lower than average turnover. People stick around for a while. - Technical environment is challenging, but not chaotic like many startups.
