Diverse / interesting projects within healthcare, significant funding with the opportunity for multiple shots on net. Benefits, compensation and infrastructure from Alphabet with upside that is usually reserved for startups. New C-suite add credibility and business focus (particularly CFO)

CEO can be volatile; leadership communication sometimes lacks. Certain parts of the company haven't caught up with the rest of the org. People who leave from google may find this culture is a little more volatile; but when you compare it to other companies and industries it is normal (maybe even better).
