I make a meaningful impact every day. I can say with confidence, I am making the world a better place. I can be my whole self at the office. Compensation is good. Leadership listens to feedback and takes it seriously.

Leadership takes on too many projects, says yes too often, struggles to make tough decisions. Product team (PM/Eng/UX, etc) builds in agile. Leadership thinks in waterfall, with fixed deadlines and fixed scope making deliverables seem impossible. While leadership listens to feedback and takes it seriously, they occasionally focus on the wrong solution. Leadership struggles to be "leaders" making it feel like they don't trust our judgement and expertise, weighing in on decisions below their pay grade.

Work life balance is good, there are many smart people working here that do some incredible work.

Very flat org structure. Everyone is a senior engineer here. Leadership is very unclear in their direction and pay is at the bottom end of market. Poor management of the company financials has led to over a year of equity being completely missed and pre-existing equity being devalued by 90%. Office politicts are strong here and teams are very protective of their work. dont expect to move laterally or work on different projects here. the team you join is where you will stay.
