Great Company - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Verinon Tech

There are a lot of pros working for Verinon. They have great career opportunities, chances to travel worldwide for various clients, never ending supply of interesting and challenging work, competitive compensation, great management and people, a tremendous number of brilliant people working and willing to help people and great core values.

Verinon is not a place for lazy people. Everyone has loads of work and often times under very tight customer time lines. I have seen people posting about work life balance but in my opinion: work life balance is a myth in any company these days and at least in current economy.

Joined this co. after working for 3 more companies in past. they treated me with great respect, understood my career specific issues & gave me opportunity. they treat employees like co-owner. gave me an opportunity to cross train on technologies to value add my current skills of-course not only to their growth, but it helped me a lot.

Not so attractive benefits. Slow interviewing process. had to work on festival days sometimes.
