      Hostile work environment. In my software development group, the project lead was abusive. Management was aware of the situation but did nothing to help. Salary below market rate.

The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.
