      Nice new office in Santa Clara. Break rooms stocked with breakfast goodies. Three different types of coffee machines, with free coffee and tea.

      Verint's performance review process is very cumbersome - online- and there didn't appear to be any follow up. It was quite impersonal.

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.
