Worked through a staffing company Was told it was Data Entry but then they wanted Data Analytics work with no instructions given or extremely vague and/or rushed ones. Took over 2 weeks to get last paycheck as it never got approved until I personally emailed the lead Despite no longer working there. Took an extra week and a half of asking for a return label to send the equipment back to get it and had to nag the staffing company to get it to me. Was told it would be full time and it was barely part time. Expected me to "be available from 9-5" as I was told, but was told I would only be paid while working. Just a laptop sent and no set up instructions whatso ever was a pain having to call them multiple times to get it up and running. No real communication on when I should even be at work and if I would have any work. Lost interest because of this. Just a mess when it comes to organization, training, communication, knowing what they want etc Would assign a project in salesforce and not give proper access to half the fields making it unworkable, take off for 3 days out of the office, come back wondering why it wasn't done when I told them this multiple times to no one answering. Would then ask other dept. lead for other work I could actually do and be told yes, she has lots. Ghosted me for 2 days of me asking, then comes back to say she has none......
