Overall a great group of people to work with. Smart, intelligent, friendly group. Made working there somewhat enjoyable.

Lack of experience with regards to business development which resulted in a limited client base (heavily relied upon) and which also meant as a consultant your exposure to the market and working across diverse projects, sectors, industries etc was also incredibly restricted.
