crazy internal situation, lots of time spent fighting over who gets to call on accounts, sales reps get to control accounts where they barely have business due to their tenure with the company. not a good fit if you are already used to making $ 150,000 +. Takes too long to ramp up especially with fighting over accounts. Too much time spent trying to find open or "free" accounts with good litigation.

Communication was often inconsistent, expectations could be unclear, and the contractor structure offered little stability or support. Training and onboarding could be improved, and it was sometimes difficult to get timely responses when issues arose. The role felt more reactive than collaborative, and there was limited opportunity for growth.
