Decent benefits, provide good laptop and not too much micro-management. Great place to work if you are buddies with upper management.

Very little support from management. They only take care of their buddies. They would rather lose business from prospective leads than give those leads to someone who can develop them. High pressure to sell with no direction or leads or specifics at all, unless you are buddies with upper management...

We appreciate your review. We are disappointed that you feel that your input is pointless, but Veritiv strives to put opportunities in place to gather input. This includes the quarterly employee call, where our CEO herself - along with her senior leadership team - take questions and concerns directly from employees. Our new Continuous Improvement Program or CIP also offers opportunities for our colleagues to come up with new, innovative ideas for Veritiv. In fact, it has already led to the implementation of hundreds of new ideas at our company.
