30 years and still very pleased - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Veritiv

My career in printing paper sales spans 30 years. All of my years have been spent with companies which are now part of Veritiv. To say we have a challenging market and customer base is is a major understatement. The fact that Veritiv has figured out a way to survive is a testament to the management. The most recent changes, while dramatic and unproven, are at least a path away from an unsustainable business model. To be sure some decisions raise my eyebrows, but I accept my role to implement the initiatives. Each day at Veritiv I have an opportunity to do what I do best. I work with many people who appreciate our company and our positions within the organization. Benefits are very good and I am pleased with the compensation. I am treated with respect and dignity in my interactions with all levels of employees. Fine paper sales may not present the opportunity it did when I started, but Veritiv provides a path to a successful sales or management career.
