Poor company, no customer focus - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Veritiv

I worked as an outside sales rep in print for 20 years. This company lacks the understanding (or just doesn't care) to meet the customer needs. As a rep, I know the customer would be better serviced by our direct competitor. I am not sure what the business model is other than to manage the business down.
