      Veritiv is a Fortune 500 company so the there are a lot avenues for career growth in different business segments. The pay is good from entry level roles on up. The team I work with is filled with smart ambitious people that want to be successful and elevate each other. The SOPs and values of the company seem focused on investing in team members so they gain useful career skills; also on taking care of customers.

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
