      Thank you for your review. Veritiv typically matches employee contributions to the 401(k) Plan. If you received a company match in your plan, those monies are contributed to your 401(k) account at Vanguard and are 100% vested.

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
