There are management folks who listen and want to change where needed. Unfortunately, they are few and far between. Perhaps the new CEO can make the right changes.

The merger never took place culturally. This has caused the company's setback that has not been rectified in many departments. While there were many good formerly Unisource folks, their culture of nothing is wrong and not changing anything has caused many processes to fail. There is a long list.
