      Leadership works hard to communicate their vision to the organization. I feel Veritiv is in a strong position and will continue to be a market leader. We have obtained new technologies in the past few years which has allowed us to be efficient and stream line workflow. There are opportunities for upward mobility and advancement in the org.

      A few years ago I would have said our operations are way behind the times. But we have made great progress and leverage new systems.

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
