      - From an IT perspective, no training from within. Pursue training on your own. - Outsourcing has become the trend. It's understandable, there is a huge pursuit to diminish the role of IT and reduce the cost of development and licensing. - If you are an IT professional pursue a career with vendors that are supporting organizations that need IT support.
