Not sure when the last "negative" ratings were left (only one I saw was from 2018) One of the reasons I accepted this position (had 3 offers) over others is the reason I'm still here. Their priorities. Veritiv's resources. The management. The Women @ Veritiv ERG. The recognition system. #OneTeam Internal NPS scores. The fact that I can contact anyone, no matter who they are or their position and get a response. From what I understand, a completely new and fresh company after the current CEO took over 2 years ago. Being 54 years old and knowing what a good work/life balance is and the importance of it, this is perfect for me. And literally have not heard from any other woman (or man for that matter) that they felt any differently. For the ones that do, it's probably pretty isolated depending on location and direct management. And....how much did you want to be involved in any changes?
