- Lots of work to do and you will not be bored. - Managers and co-workers are generally quite experienced and possess strong technical knowledge. - You can learn a lot because you do a lot of different things (system administration, help desk support, in-person desktop support, radio frequency gun setup and warehouse management system tablet administration, for example).

Svantaggi

- Pay is quite low for what you do. - Expected to use personal vehicle to drive to different location. This may include overnight stays in a hotel. - Chaos and lack of direction at each site that you support. Sometimes you get approached by lots of staff with a myriad of IT problems which distract you from tasks that you're supposed to complete. This is primarily caused by the awful support that they get from the remote help desk. The FSS pays the price for this problem. - Old unsupported softwares and technology is still in use at Veritiv. While I understand budget concerns they have security concerns because of this.
