Senior leadership lacks the ability to help their employees grow. They care more about making themselves look good and take credit for others work/ideas. Constant micromanaging and not willing to consider suggestions from supervisors, clerks or warehouse employees. Communication on goals or actual metrics is minimal between senior management and their supervisors and lower level employees.
