Working hours are terrible. Not sure why they expect an office based in Ireland to run on US time without paying over time. They just expect us to be available? No work life balance. Lay offs without balancing or even considering work loads. Unfair salary. Getting paid well below people in the same team and doing the work of 2 people at least. Expected to answer calls and attend meetings even on Annual leave. Senior leadership micromanage the lowest level employees. Probation gets extended to force people to quit on their own. Gossip is rampant. Unhealthy working environment. Forced to come in to the office when all that happens in the office is idle chatter. No work gets done.
