1. Workflow is not beneficial for the developers which might affect the learning progress. If you are an aspiring to become a technical expert, this is not the place. 2. Most of the technical job is taken care by the vendors as per the directions from the leadership which leaves the full time employees with very minimal technical knowledge exposure. 3. The Agile methodology implemented in the GTS org structure is one of the worst where nobody has control on what work is done and when. 4. With people getting promoted prematurely to the leadership roles, there is no clarity for folks on guiding the team to a combined victory. 5. Hikes are good, but the revised policies adds majority of the hike percentage into the variable pay instead of the basic pay which keeps a check on employees who decides to part away from the organization in middle of a year or even completed 11 months of the year as they become inelogible to get the variable pay.
