Fake Promises Indian centers are Misusing brand name of Verizon US while hiring, They will show rosy picture and many benifit where none exist. Cheap cost cutting center - Very innovative in finding ways to suck up employee No Professinalism Highly Incompetent Management - Every day they have to depend on few key high performers to get thing done. Very biased promotions & appraisal system - if u suckup to your supervisor, u will grow very fast Hardly any work life balance - you will be asked to work 50-60 hours, u can get call anytime of whole 24 hour day Managers/Lead will micromanage your work. Few teams are good,but very few No standard process is followed, Hard to get even a job based on the work u will do here No career growth focus Employees are just a tool to get the work done Only focus of Indian center is to get the work done. People are just running away, attrition has overshoot roof. Once you get the real picture u just want to run away. thats what is happening.
