Great story bad management - Recensione dipendente - Welder/Fabricator presso Vermeer

The middle managers picked favorite's my weld cell got 3 different area managers in 1 year and it would affect our reviews. I watched qualifying people get turned down for a crew lead job to someone new and that did a totally different job. Watching what they made us do if the ceo came threw was crazy sweep and mop the floors, trash, turn down music, use safety ppe stuff we should have done every single day but was only done when they knew the higher up were coming. I got fired after my eye injury got a call on the way home after I worked a 10 hour shift they couldn't even do it in person.
