      Great competitive pay for entry level workers, good coworkers, and decent benefits. Great work life balance for the most part, crunch time is the same as any other engineering firm.

      Svantaggi

      Little upward mobility, if billable hours are lost you are cut. Period. Most promotions come from being directly hired by your clients. Support and mentorship are almost nonexistent because management is extremely busy at all times.
