> No projects in hand, no employees also > Even-though you are developer they will ask you take system backups, testing and client calls and demos sometimes documentation also. > No training will be provided. > They know whether you have completed the proper course prior o join there but finally they want kick you with the statement like you are completed the course. > They will do with us what ever they want, gives appreciation when ever the management need our support but no improvement in your salary. > Only discussions happen for hours no proper guidance > They will give lectures like anything for everything > Expects a single hand applications from freshers

1. On-time salary even though they pay less 2. Team lunch... Bcz Hr is a foodie 3. You will improve your communication. Because the head of the company will make fun on you if you speak in your native language.

1. They even don't know what they want.. 2. What is the project, what are to be done? nothing no idea... 3. Nontechnical guy will tell you how to do... 4. How many hours you work.. simply he will blame 5. Performance reviews conducted to review the performance and give you the copy via email.. not for any hikes 6. Recruit freshers and asked to do all work including client calls, testing, documentation.. the worst part is you may have to take system backups as well 7. Lot of racism towards Indians, esp Telugu people
