      The People (Mostly) and their intention for the industry. Competitive Salary, Competent and Authentic CEO, Collaborative Environment, Wide Network of Clients, Diverse team, and Inclusive Environment. For such a small company with many wearing multiple hats, you have to commend them for the massive amount of work they do. The work is truly enjoyable!

      Low Commission, Broken Culture from high turn over and wrong people placed in leadership, Disingenuous Leadership (some, not all), Ambiguous Commission Payout Rules, Broken Promises to Customers, Inconsistent Training Programs for onboarding with such a complex topics, and High Turnover of Key Culture Builders. The CEO is a truly inspirational, emotionally intelligent and driven leader who started out hiring the right people, but now who wants to work for disingenuous bullying leaders?

      I appreciate your feedback, and we did find ourselves in a transitionary period where we really had to shine the light internally in order to rebuild. I'm proud how far the team has come in the last year or two, not only in improving the business and growing revenue, but in each of our personal and professional developments.
