My salary was fair and the health benefits were good. I even received a holiday bonus in my first year. I will also add that I will likely never find a company with a better work/life balance. I got to work on very interesting projects and I was given all kinds of opportunities to work in different capacities, such as engineer, product owner, scrum master, etc. This was very valuable experience. More importantly, the team I worked with was professional, friendly, and valued great teamwork. I learned so much from this team, and I am very grateful.

Most of the U.S. branch of the company was recently downsized, including myself, which is important to note if one is seeking a company with job stability. However, to be fair to the company, it is a startup and growing pains are expected.
